| HOW TO REQUEST HL REFEREE PAYMENT After you have refereed a few games you can submit your game sheets for payment as follows: STEP #1 Complete, sign and date the  Referee Game Summary Report STEP #2 Attach signed game sheets (White Copy) for all games submitted STEP #3 Drop off all documents to the AFC Office (Referee Drop off Box) for Approval STEP #4 Payments are usually processed within 2 week(s) of submission |
