RECREATIONAL SKILLS ACADEMY

Aurora FC offers Skills Academy clinics for all ages, on a seasonal basis. This program is in addition to the player's regular team play, and is geared to anyone who enjoys soccer and wants to improve their skills.

PURPOSE OF THE SKILLS & SCRIMMAGES ACADEMY CLINICS

Build confidence in a fun soccer environment
One of the focuses of the clinics is to provide each athlete with an encouraging, supportive environment to give players the opportunity to experiment with different skills, while having fun.

Enhancement of player skills, through high quality training
The clinics are designed to help the individual player by focusing on dribbling, passing, receiving, shooting, and team skills, which will be achieved by playing in various small sided game activities. 

Identification of potential Rep players, through Aurora FC Technical Staff player evaluations
Although this clinic is for everyone and the main goal is to have fun, we would also like to use it as an opportunity to identify talented players, who strive to play in our Rep team programs. The clinic will be delivered by certified, professional coaching staff of the Aurora FC Technical Department, who will be working with players on a weekly basis.
