AYSC - A Better Place to Learn

At the AYSC we value the relationship we have developed with our sponsors and recognize there contribution to the Club in many ways.

We have identified six (6) levels of sponsorship for recognition. The highest Level is Patron, then Gold, followed by Silver and then Bronze. These are defined by the amount of financial support advanced to the Club cumulatively donated over the life of the sponsor.

There is also a Five Year Award for any sponsor who has donated for five consecutive years.

Finally there are Divisional and House-League Sponsors Awards that are related to specific contributions to the operation of the House-League on an annual basis.

The Patron Level is awarded to sponsors who accumulate $100,000.00 of sponsorship donation or more during their sponsorship "life". This is a one-time award and will be publicly awarded at the AGM of the qualifying year.

The Gold Level is awarded to those who accumulate $25,000.00 of sponsorship donation or more during their sponsorship "life". It is a one-time award and will be publicly awarded at the AGM of the qualifying year.

The Silver Level is awarded to those who accumulate $10,000.00 of sponsorship donation or more during their sponsorship "life". It is a one-time award and will be publicly awarded at the AGM of the qualifying year.

The Bronze Level is awarded to those who accumulate $5,000.00 of sponsorship donation or more during their sponsorship "life". It is a one-time award and will be publicly awarded at the AGM of the qualifying year.

Divisional Sponsors and Team sponsors receive framed plaques. The Divisional Sponsors receive the team pictures of the entire Division and the Team Sponsors receive the picture of the team they have sponsored.

All sponsorship plaques are awarded personally and each sponsor receives a written thank you letter from the President of the Club.

Each year the AYSC thanks our sponsors at all levels by purchasing a full-page ad in the local newspaper. They are therefore publicly recognized for their community service to the Club.

Each June the AYSC posts the Club sponsors on the AYSC web site publicly thanks the sponsors in an e-mail Updater to all members.

Each year at the June festival a sponsorship appreciation event is staged where sponsors have the opportunity to meet each other and are recognized for their participation and contribution.

Each September all sponsors are thanked publicly in a full-page ad of the Club Newsmagazine Get Stung.
