Outdoor Summer Sponsorship Form

House League Team Sponsorship

Your company name and logo will appear prominently on the jersey front of every player on your team.
Jerseys worn at all games and practices during the season and by all the players throughout the year.
Your name will be prominently displayed on the division schedules that are given to all the parents in the division.
You will receive team picture that is professionally plaqued for you to display at your office or home.
Your company name will appear on the recognition page on our website.
Your company name will also be posted bi-weekly in the local paper with the scores and standings of your team

Divisional Team Sponsorship

All the recogintion as a House League team sponsor with the following added:

All jersey's in the division will have company name/logo prominently displayed on the front.
Company logo and web link will be a part of our divisional sponsor section on the main page of the www.aysc.ca website.
You will receive a Divisional plaque that will include the pictures of all the teams in your division.
Your company logo/or ad will be displayed on the Click my Community web site.
You will receive preferred opportunities at Club events (booth).

Sponsorship is available for a variety of special events and tournaments that will be hosted by the ASYC throughout the summer of 2009.

The AYSC June Festival & Stinger Cup Tournament

As the Title Sponsor, you have naming rights to the entire tournament. Your company name/logo to appear on print materials relating to the tournament, trophies & give-a-ways.

Your company name and logo will appear on tournament awards.
Your company name and logo will appear on all website postings relating to the tournament.
You will have the option to run a booth at the tournament. Sampling, promotion, activity.

Lead Title Sponsorship: $ 10 000.00 minimum
Event Sponsor: $ 2 500.00

The Aurora Can-Am Challenge & John Traganitis Tournaments

These high profiled and very successful tournaments are open to all surrounding out of town club Competitive participants. After 14 years of organizing these tournaments, it seems that we have found the formula in running high quality and high caliber tournaments. Cositing of over 80 teams participating, sponsorship of these two tournaments will gain you the ultimate maximum exposure around.

Lead Title Sponsorship: $ 10 000.00 minimum
Event Sponsor: $ 2 500.00

As well, all the above sponsorship details is included in these two events.

Team & Divisional Sponsorship

Sponsorship is available for a single team or a full division.

Soccer 4U Program

The soccer 4U program is our entry level program for our soccer enthusiasts and is instructed by AYSC Technical staff. This program runs on Saturday mornings in June, July and August. All participants will experience a festival atmosphere with an extra game scheduled on the June Festival weekend. This program has 120 4 year old participants.

Soccer 4U Sponsorship - $500.00

Micro Soccer - U5/6 Boys & Girls

This special designed program offers young soccer players fun and lots of touches on the ball. This program is played on a small field with a limited number of players. The basic premise is that the player gets more touches of the ball, scores more often and are exposed to the basic skills of soccer. All of our coaches are volunteers.

1 team plays 1 night a week: $275.00 per team / $3000.00 per division

Mini - U7-10 Boys & Girls

This 1 night a week program has a short practice session followed by a game. Our volunteer coaches receive skill booklets by the AYSC that have been developed by our Technical Staff. No standings are kept. Starting at the U8 division games will be officiated by our young referees. Scores are recorded in the paper bi-weekly for ages U8 +.

Sponsorship of a 2 night a week team :           $500.00
Sponsorship of a 1 night a week division:    $1,500.00
Sponsorship of a 2 night a week division: $3,000.00

U11+ (Standard Soccer Leagues

These Leagues are played using the regular 11 v 11 soccer on full size fields and follow most FIFA soccer rules. Each team practices one night and has a game the other. Scores and standing are kept and assigned AYSC referees afficiate the games.

Sponsorship for 2 night a week program: $500 per team / $3,000 per Division

Women's Recreational Sunday League

This program introduced in 2003, and was an instant success. This is for Women 30+ and who love the game and want to get some exercise. The games are officiated and follow the mini youth soccer rules and format.

Sponsorship of program: $500.00

Men's Outdoor Pick-Up (age 30+)

Played on a Sunday evening at Sheppard's Bush this pick up program is the perfect way to end a weekend. There are no teams, there are no standings and there are no referees. Teams are divided each week.
