Severe Weather
- If games are to be cancelled due to severe or inclement weather the Town of Aurora will notify the AYSC by 3:00pm.
- The AYSC will then post the cancellation on the club's web site and will update the club's message system by 3:30pm.
- The Convenor will then receive an email.
- If there is no official notice by the AYSC office by 4:00pm then players and coaches must show up to the field and decide if it is safe to play.

Cancellation of Games
- Games can be called off, abandoned or cancelled prior to or after it has commenced for weather conditions, outside interference or unsafe ground by the game referee only.
- If no referee is present, the coaches make the decision to cancel. If a coach feels the conditions are unsafe, the game is cancelled and no penalty will result.
