SUCCESS = SKILL + ATTITUDE |
COMMITMENT
Perhaps the most important ingredient in the development recipe is commitment. Any player who desires to play at the highest level possible understands this. In fact, statistics show that in order to develop a top player, thousands of touches on a ball are required each week, 12 months of the year!! It is vital that the young player understands that commitment to any endeavour is a life skill worth learning early.
